At Scent Z, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth customer experience.

Due to the nature of fragrances, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during delivery
The wrong item was delivered

To request an exchange:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Provide clear photo or video proof (preferably an unboxing video)

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Scent Z reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after review.
